Shipping & Delivery

 

Once your order has completed processing, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

 

Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Please note that delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

 

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, BozzUp Kustomz & Digitals is not responsible for:

 

• Shipping delays

• Carrier transit issues

• Lost or stolen packages

• Damaged packages caused during transit

 

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide tracking information and assist with documentation if needed.

 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to shipping carrier errors or delays.
