Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Custom apparel

• Personalized items

• Memorial products

• Custom gift boxes

• Bundles

• Made-to-order products

 

Please review all design details, spelling, names, dates, and sizes carefully before approving your order.

 

If we make an error on your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for any review.

 

We do not offer refunds due to:

• Incorrect size selection

• Customer-provided spelling errors

• Color variations due to screen settings

• Change of mind after production has begun
